May 30, 2008 (Somerset, NJ) – Intivia, Inc., the leading provider of Medical Transcription services and Medical Office Software Suite announced the strategic expansion of its operations in Trivandrum and Vadodara.

Intivia plans to create opportunities for over 300 medical transcription professionals at these two locations over the next 12 months, as a part of its phase one expansion in these regions.  Medical transcription operations in both cities will commence from July 2008.

The expansion in Trivandrum is fueled by acquisition of operations of BusiSOFT InfoSolution, a leading provider of medical transcription services in Trivandrum, Kerala.  The acquisition will enable Intivia to rapidly expand its operations in Kerala.  BusiSOFT President Hari M said, “Trivandrum is perfectly positioned for rapid growth in medical transcription services and we are excited to play a key role in the expansion of Intivia, as well as serve as a driver of economic growth in our community.”  Hari M will be managing Intivia Trivandrum operations.

The state-of-the-art facility in Vadodara will become the regional hub for further growth.  The facility will be managed by Harjeet Singh, a veteran of the medical transcription industry in Vadodara.

This expansion will accelerate Intivia’s ability to provide quality and efficient medical transcription services to its clientele.
